Whistleblower system

On the basis of the law of May 16, 2023, you can report to us information about or a reasonable suspicion of violations of national or European law obtained in a professional context to our companies about actual or potential, past or very likely to occur violations, unless this is excluded by overriding regulations (e.g. with regard to national security, legal confidentiality and secrecy obligations or professional secrecy).

Reports received are processed in strict confidence and in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation in accordance with the applicable national legislation.

Misuse of the whistleblower system may result in penalties or criminal prosecution. In contrast, the use of the whistleblower system in good faith does not result in disciplinary action, even if the reported facts later prove to be false or are not followed up.
